Good and acknowledging relationships with your dearest are essentially important for a happy and healthy life. They offer a fundament for connection, happiness, development, intimacy and protection.
Difficult life events and too much stress can cause distance and misunderstandings in your relationship and, if left uncared for, negative communication patterns and beliefs can dominate and determine your relationship.
You have acknowledged a problem and are looking for help, a step in making a positive change. Relationship therapy can help you take your next steps in taking new perspectives for yourself and your dearest.
The therapy aims to promote understanding and collaboration and is sensitive to family and couple structures, beliefs and cultures and builds on the existing strengths.
The therapy can be with individual members of the family, couples or the family as a whole as a primary source of help or used as a complimentary approach in conjunction with other support.

Due to the necessary measures because of the coronavirus our practice extended its offer to online therapyboth for couples therapy and family therapy as for individual systemic therapy.

I was born and grew up in the English countryside. I have lived in Greece for five years and have been living in the Netherlands the last 34 years with my husband, children and grandchildren.
I practise Emotional Focussed Therapy for couples that have lost their way and are searching for a reconnection. I also work with families who are trying to build a safer haven for themselves in search of renewed relations, using skills and interventions from the Attachment Focussed Family Therapy.
